New Store ID & Password Request Process

Following a review of the existing process for onboarding and updated new stores, we have streamlined the process to provide us with improved reporting and tracking capabilities.

All requests to create or update Store ID’s and Training / Test logins should be submitted via the relevant link below.

All requests received by close of business on Thursday will be reviewed and created on Friday of each week.

Requests received after Thursday will be processed the following week.

Any exceptions will be dealt with on a case by case basis and reviewed in terms of urgency.

Queries Relating to Existing Logins
